A Note Before You Read
These Terms govern your use of the TinyFlash website at tinyflash.org and our browser extensions. We've kept the language plain so you can actually read it. If you spot something unclear or unfair, email us at hello@tinyflash.org and we'll fix it.
Acceptance
By installing a TinyFlash extension or using the tinyflash.org website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't install the extensions or use the site. You must be 18 or older to use TinyFlash, matching the age restriction in our Privacy Policy.
Use of Service
TinyFlash provides browser extensions and supporting web pages free of charge. You may use them for personal or commercial purposes within the scope of these Terms. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice, including individual extensions, configuration endpoints, or the website itself.
Affiliate programs. Our extensions are free and supported in part by retailer affiliate programs; we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. We may change or end affiliate participation at any time.
User Conduct
When using TinyFlash, you agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the extensions beyond what's permitted by applicable law.
- Use the extensions to violate any third party's terms of service, copyright, or other rights.
- Send automated or abusive traffic to our services outside the normal operation of an installed extension.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to non-public parts of the service, or probe it for vulnerabilities without prior written authorization.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the extensions or the TinyFlash brand without permission.
Intellectual Property
The TinyFlash name, logo, website content, extension source code, and accompanying documentation are the property of PNS Labs and protected by copyright, trademark, and related laws. You receive a personal, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the extensions for their intended purpose. Third-party trademarks (Amazon, YouTube, Netflix, Chrome, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are referenced only for descriptive purposes.
Disclaimers
TinyFlash is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the extensions will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every site or browser version. Web pages and third-party services change constantly; a feature working today doesn't guarantee it will work tomorrow.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyFlash, PNS Labs, and our contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the extensions or website, including lost data, lost profits, lost savings, or business interruption, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to TinyFlash will not exceed US $50 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (whichever is greater). Most users pay us nothing, so this is genuinely a small number.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page for a reasonable window. Continued use of TinyFlash after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you don't agree with a change, uninstall the extensions and stop using the site.
